What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM with self check-in; checkout is 10:00 AM.
Is parking included?
Yes — free on-site parking at every residence. The Sunset Residence includes covered parking. A heads-up: these charming flats were built in 1930, so the garage is tight — it fits a small crossover SUV (think Chevy Equinox) but not much more. We recommend unloading your bags at the curb first, then parking. Most guests find it easiest to back in; the turn is tight pulling in forward.
How close are the residences to the beach?
All three residences are steps from the El Porto surf break and the sand.
Are pets allowed?
No pets, smoking, or events at any of the residences.
How far is LAX?
About ten minutes by car, making the residences convenient for early flights and late arrivals.

How far is SoFi Stadium?
About twenty minutes by car for concerts and game days.
